The traaitional energy structure must be cnangea because of the serious environment problems.Nuclear is a kind of clean,efficient,non-waste discharge and non-GHG emission power source so it will have a profound impact on China’s economic and social development in the future.With the increasing number of nuclear power plants(NPP)in China during these years,the technology of independent research,design,construction,operation and maintenance of NPP has been greatly improved.Therefore,refining daily operation and maintenance of NPP to improve the general operation efficiency and ensure the safety and stability of NPP is the focus of the nuclear power research field.Through the research of NPP operation&maintenance(OM)activity and simulation technology,this paper puts forward the concept of maintenance part simulation system(MPSS)which combines with online monitoring and fault diagnosis technology of the Electric Power Research Institute(EPRI).MPSS applies simulation technology into NPP production so that it can analyze the NPP real-time operation condition and provide reference data.At the same time,MPSS also combines with the multilevel flow modeling(MFM)diagnostic analysis program to provide decision support and optimize the overall production activities.Based on the detailed analysis of the operation process and P&ID diagrams of the NPP chemical and volume control system and safety injection system,this paper adopts the method of mechanism modelling to model the part system and devices.In the software implementation,Visio Automation,Active X technology and WEB development technology are used to develop the NPP part simulation platform by means of C++/C#and JAVA program language.Based on the part simulation model and the system platform,this paper chooses some systems to simulate and analyze the running parameters of each node under the stable operating conditions and compares it with the real working conditions.By setting different transient events,the transient response process of the part simulation system is verificated and analyzed,combining with the MFM diagnosis program.The simulation results show that,in the existing model framework and simulation platform,the part system simulation analysis of real-time data can be completed,and the failure parts or defects can be accurately positioned.The application of the part simulation system will help the operation and maintenance personnel find the problem parts or weakness in advance before the system failure real happens,and take timely measures to reduce the risk of nuclear power plant accident. |
