The Study On The Adaptability Of Traditional Rural Buildings And Structures In Eastern Zhejiang Province Based On Experiential Tourism Model

There are many problems in the protection and development of traditional villages,of which the most important problem is from the old "hollow village" to the new.The former "hollow village" is due to the imbalance of urban and rural development,which resulted in a large number of young people flocking to the cities to work and the elderly and children left in the countryside.But now,a large number of original residents are forced to move out because of a variety of reasons,such as the over development of tourism for the pursuit of economic benefits,in order to facilitate the management in the reconstruction time,infrastructure is imperfect and so on.As a result,the traditional countryside has become an impersonal scenic spot,and local cultural customs have been disappearing with the residents leave.At the same time,China’s traditional rural tourism has developed rapidly,tourists are already no longer confined to the pattern of sightseeing tour,experiential tourism is gradually rise.The current experiential tourism model is developed by developers.For the local cultural customs,developers mostly show them through the reconstruction and ignore the cultural customs are the original residents’ life.This paper hopes that through the adaptive research of the traditional rural buildings and structures,it can not only satisfy the local villagers’ living and production activities,but also attract tourists to experience the local culture,that is,under the premise of retaining the villagers’ living and production activities,proper tourism development could be carried out,so that the villagers can participate in the development of tourism,and also brings economic benefits to the traditional villages and villagers.The research scope of this paper is the traditional village in eastern Zhejiang province.By studying the historical process of traditional village protection and development,excavating its existing problems and exploring effective and sustainable solutions to find a balance between protection and development.This paper introduces the experiential tourism model,and expects to realize the sustainable development of traditional rural culture in the meantime of guaranteeing the villagers’ life and work in peace and contentment.Based on this,this paper studies the adaptability of buildings and structures in order to deduce the adaptive reuse methods of buildings and structures to balance the positive and negative factors in protecting and developing traditional countries.This paper summarizes some suggestions for the study of buildings and other structures of the traditional villages in eastern Zhejiang in experiential tourism mode.At last,the paper selects the Taogong village of Dongqian lake as the research object and the most representative folk houses,ancestral halls and quays to carry out practice of adaptive reuse.
