The rail road is the main artery of the national transportation,which accounts for more than 70%of the passenger and cargo tasks.The rail is an important part of the railway infrastructure,which directly loads the train and guides the wheels.Poor natural environment corrosion and high-speed,heavy-duty,high-density operation of the train can cause serious damage to the rail.This not only exacerbates the damage of track structural components,seriously affected the life of the rail,but also endanger the safety of the train.Therefore,accurate and rapid detection of the rail profile,and its analysis of rail cross-section accuracy value has become an indispensable process of railway maintenance.So in this paper,based on the analysis of domestic and foreign steel cross-section detection technology,a system based on 2D digital laser sensor for high precision dynamic detection of steel cross section is proposed.The main work of the paper is summarized as follows:(1)discusses the technical basis of the cross-section inspection of rails,simply compares their respective advantages and disadvantages,and determines the laser displacement technique of the rail cross-section detection system designed in this paper.(2)In view of the problem of the accuracy of contour calibration due to the deformation of the measurement profile due to the vibration of the nod and the moving head during the cross section detection of the rail an affine transformation method based on genetic algorithm optimization is proposed in this paper.The validity of the calibration algorithm is proved by experiment.(3)Based on the contour calibration algorithm proposed in this paper,the design scheme of the rail cross-section detection system designed in this paper is given.The pulse is generated by the encoder,and two 2D digital laser sensors are triggered to synchronize the left and right rails.The software system is used to calibrate the contours by using the affine transformation method based on the genetic algorithm optimization proposed in this paper,and then calculate the accuracy of the rail cross section with the standard contours,and the calculated rails Cross-section accuracy data for real-time display and save.(4)According to the experimental platform built by the laboratory,the performance of the steel cross-section detection system designed in this paper is tested,and the repeatability test,the precision test and the anti-jamming test are carried out.The experimental results show that the cross-The performance of the inspection system meets the expected requirements.
