With the economic and social development,people's living standards improve,growing dependence on energy,the energy consumption is also increasing,the energy issue has become a process of economic development can not be ignored.China is one of the world's major energy-consuming countries,energy issues in China is particularly important.In order to further promote China's economic development,optimize the adjustment of China's energy structure,improving energy efficiency is the focus of China's energy strategy.Building energy consumption accounts for a large proportion of China's energy consumption,and there are many problems in building air-conditioning system,so improving the efficiency of building air-conditioning system,improve the utilization of building energy consumption is essential.This paper mainly deals with three problems encountered in a practical project,the project is a high-rise office buildings.In the actual use of the office there is a high-rise air-conditioned room temperature can not meet the local requirements,some places are overheating.In addition central air-conditioning engine sometimes surge even running under the high load rate.And chilled water pump flow always in a low state.In this paper,first of all,starting from the actual problems,the building load simulation software is used to calculate the annual load of the building.According to the calculated results,the air-conditioning unit selection is made and then compared with the actual air-conditioning unit to evaluate whether the unit selection is appropriate.In addition,in connection with the problem of indoor temperature of high-level floor air-conditioning region can't meet the requirements,mainly by calculate the different effectiveness in different conditions,and test the different temperature of water in different conditions,then analysis the reason that causing the surge from operation principle and running condition of the air-conditioning engine.Finally,simulating software is used to simulate the velocity field of the indoor temperature field and the air outlet for the case of uneven temperature distribution in the high-rise building,The indoor environment is analyzed according to the actual test result and the software simulation result,then to find out the root cause of the problem.The author of this paper mainly through analysis of actual test data and simulation results.According to the problems encountered,and put forward effective improvement solutions,Analysis of the roots of each problem,and mutual influence between each problem,and effective way to avoid the problem.The idea that the way to analysis the problem of air-condition system adopted in this paper can provide a reference for similar problems in the future.In addition,the simulation analysis and test results can also provide some reference for the design process of air-conditioning system in the same situation.Designers in the future design process should try to avoid similar inappropriate design scheme.
