At present,energy shortage and environmental pollution have become the key problems in the world.Energy-saving is imminent.For the developing country,like China,the irrational energy structure,the low energy efficiency,not valuing the energy saving and other issues led the conditions even worse.Energy consumption of building accounts for nearly 1/3 of the total energy consumption,and energy consumption of HVAC accounts for about 60%of the energy consumption of building.Optimizing the air conditioning system in the building will play a great role in promoting the progress of energy conservation work.The newly built Feida new century square in Huaihua of Hunan province is taken as an example,and the building is simulated and analyzed considering the room temperature,building load,air conditioning system,air handling equipment as well as energy efficiency measures.Eventually,the optimization of the air conditioning system is realized and the optimum energy conservation solution of the building is obtained.The hourly load and energy consumption during the whole year is simulated by building energy simulation software,and air-conditioned rooms of different types are analyzed according to the load characters,and choosing the appropriate air-conditioning system and turn on(off)measures;the air-conditioning systems of different rooms are simulated,also the degree of satisfaction and economical efficiency of the results are analyzed.The optimal solutions of each room is chosen,then the optimal air-conditioning system can be obtained for the whole building.Based on the optimal air-conditioning system,different fresh air control method,heat recovery method for the exhaust air,indoor air temperature settings are simulated to compare the energy consumption and economical efficiency,and then the optimal solution for energy conservation and energy efficiency are determined.The features of office building envelope and hourly load is considered to analyze the energy efficiency of sunshade,and the optimal air-conditioning control solution is chosen.The inside structure and person characteristics are also taken into account to discuss the feasibility of subsystem settings.In this paper,with the help of the DeST,we can optimize the designing and analyze the energy-saving effect about the actual project.Although there are some limitations,but the method used in the research process,the proposed energy saving measures and conclusions for shopping malls,office,theater buildings have a certain reference value.
