The Research On Efficiency Evaluation Of Public Transport Operation Based On Bus Lane In NANJING

With the rapid development of China's economy,the rapid growth of motor vehicle ownership,traffic congestion,traffic pollution,energy consumption and other issues become increasingly serious.Bus lanes are widely used in domestic and foreign cities because they are quick,simple and flexible in many initiatives.Making full use of bus lanes,improving the utilization of existing resources and the efficiency of public transport vehicles become major issues.Assessing the efficiency of bus lane operation scientifically and rationally,you can tell the advantages and weaknesses of urban public transport bus lanes in the implementation of development,and provide decision-making basis for further improving the implementation of bus lanes.First of all,based on the layout of bus lanes in the urban area of Nanjing,the typical bus lines of typical bus lanes are selected as the research objects.Through the Baidu Street View map and field survey method,we obtained the road data;We got the peak period bus lanes on the bus vehicle operating data by investigating the bus GPS terminal data and handheld GPS terminal follow-up survey,and the obtained sample data for accuracy verification.Secondly,we extracted travel time,vehicle speed,delay,congestion ratio,reliability and fuel consumption as the index,and established the evaluation index system of the bus operation efficiency through the objective method.At the same time,we obtained the scope of application of indicators and quantitative methods.The main external factors influencing the operation of the road side bus lane are the congestion degree,the control node,the road side opening and the special road mileage.Then,based on the evaluation index system,and using DEA(Data Envelopment Analysis)model to solve the problem of bus lanes operation efficiency evaluation,this thesis gave the concrete modeling process and efficiency diagnosis method.Finally,we took three road-SanZhongRoad,LongPanRoad,XuanWuRoad in NanJing as examples.And we analysed the bus lane effect indicators and bus operations Performance indicators,listed the efficiency of the decision-making unit bus operation rank,selected the more efficient bus lane implementation program,analysed the main input and output factors,summarized the advantages and disadvantages of the bus lane operation.
