With the development of industry and the consumption of resources, environment and energy have gradually become the factors that restrict the progress of human civilization. In recent years, human beings have been exploring and developing new energy sources. With the gradual consumption of coal, oil and other energy sources, wind energy with abundant reserves and long development history is being developed and utilized by various countries, and wind energy can transform mechanical energy into electric energy. In order to promote the development of blade design of large scale wind turbine in China, some new ideas are offered for the design of fan blade:(1)according to some of the eastern coastal region of wind energy resources, wind wheel diameter, hub height and other related parameters were determined, and then in the Profile software of NACA44 XX series of airfoil aerodynamic analysis, based on the analysis results of dynamic gas, using the Wilson method to complete the2 MW wind turbine blade aerodynamic shape optimization design.(2)according to the design parameters have been completed in GH Bladed software to establish a parametric model, simulation analysis of choosing wind conditions of normal working conditions and the limit load of the parametric model, for the structural design of blade to provide reference data.(3)choose the blade section structure and layer and material layer thickness, completed the structural design of blade,two-dimensional coordinates each section used by coordinate transformation of airfoil section coordinates into three-dimensional coordinates, through the three-dimensional finite element model is established in Ansys software, related settings and modal analysis, obtained the first six order natural frequency of the blade.
