With the rapid growth of container throughput in recent years and the bigness of container terminal of the ship to container terminal operations has brought great pressure.Pier under the premise that ensure the port service high quality,in order to cope with the increase of container ships in the port of loading and unloading task within the time promised to finish loading and unloading operation,avoid the happening of container ship YaGang phenomenon,are the quantitative measures to improve the through capacity,such as increase the quantity of land bridge,the expansion of the container berth,purchase of machinery facilities,etc.But the port by the coastal resources,capital,construction cycle,the surrounding environment constraints,such as terminal can be difficult to achieve in the short term container berths,gantry cranes,and other resources of expansion.Terminals,therefore,in order to deal with this problem,began to explore from extensive management to fine management development,and to explore how to optimize business processes and production organization management,enables the port resources to achieve the use of science,such not only can cope with the rapid growth of the container throughput and the large pressure of the container terminal of the ship can reduce the time in port,port operations to reduce costs,improve the efficiency of the wharf.And berth system is an important component of the whole terminal system,which is a key link in the process of the goods between land and water transport and the core link,make full use of existing resources,optimize the berth system production organization,improve the efficiency of berth to mobilize and loading and unloading efficiency,has very important value.Dalian port container terminal(hereinafter referred to as DPCM,similarly hereinafter)was founded in 2004,is located in the dalian dayaowan port area.After more than ten years of development,port construction has made remarkable achievements.But rapid growth,also inevitable has brought some problems.With the continuous increase of container throughput in the port under the condition of invariable hardware facilities,how to more efficient container terminal operations,optimize the berth system production organization,the promotion of the soft power,in turn,increase the container throughput of port become the DPCM is the most pressing problem.In this article,therefore,based on related theory and production organization container terminal berth system optimization,on the basis of relevant theories,current situation of the development of production organization of DPCM berth system made detailed analysis,and on this basis,summarizes the DPCM berth system some problems existing in the production organization,optimization model is set up,using hybrid genetic simulated annealing algorithm,and with DPCM related data as an example,the example analysis,good results are obtained.
