| Nuclear power plants are never isolated,and as a complex human-machine system,in the process of interacting with the environment in which the nuclear power plant is located,the nuclear power plant’s man-machine system inevitably encounters the internal system operation and the external environment Accident caused by the various uncertainties.In this case,there are potential risks among the components or subsystems of a nuclear power plant system.If the nuclear power plant does not do "beforehand” or “foreseeable” preparation,it can not timely and effectively prevent the evolution of risk,the operation of the entire nuclear power plant system will be seriously affected.In view of the reality of the human-machine-environment complexity of the nuclear power plant,the vision is transferred to the theory of organization resilience which the foreign scholars pay close attention to,and study the resilience mechanism of nuclear power plants in response to disruption.First of all,through the analysis of the organization resilience connotation and characteristics,factors and quantitative method,the theoretical support of this study is obtained.And then combined with the actual situation of nuclear power plants,given a appropriate definition of nuclear power plant organization resilience making the nuclear power plant flexible definition more specific.On the basis of the existing literature,this paper puts forward the process and mechanism of the nuclear power plant organization resilience to deal with the disruption.Construction resilience model for nuclear power plant based on dynamic bayesian network technology to deal with disruption : explore the specific evolution path of the disruption situation;By analyzing the causal relationship between the various scenarios,the network structure of the organizational resilience mechanism scenario is constructed.Then use scenario analysis,Bayesian network and other technical methods to analyze,predict and determine the future development the evolution of disruption,build a scene deduce the model,ultimately the format situation map of the overall situation of nuclear power plants organization resilience effect mechanism deal with disruption.Decision makers can adjust and deploy disruption forces in advance through the situation map,so that decision makers can make scientific and effective decision under the limited time and resources to improve the resilience of the organization to deal with disruption.Then use the small water loss accident of nuclear power plant as an example to illustrate the specific application of the model.The results show that the model is reasonable and feasible.Nuclear power plant organization resilience effect mechanism model can provide more reliable data support and standardized analysis program for the construction of nuclear power plant resilience.In this paper,the research object is the organization resilience of nuclear power plant.The research on the organization resilience of nuclear power plant from different perspectives has certain guiding significance. |
