| Since twenty-first Century,China’s national economy has developed rapidly,city population increasing,the traffic problems facing each big city is becoming increasingly serious,the factors restricting the development of the city.At the same time,the development and utilization of city underground space provides a great convenience for people’s daily travel activities,the development of underground rail traffic engineering has become an important direction for solving the city traffic problem.The subway station is in a very important position in the subway engineering construction,because the subway station is located in the city center area most,narrow construction site,the surrounding environment is very complex,rationality of foundation design and construction of subway station is directly affect the safety of foundation pit.Based on the background of the deep excavation of Zhengzhou Metro Line No.three Zhongxing Road transfer station,to study the deformation characteristics of foundation pit excavation process,adopting the methods of theory analysis and field monitoring data analysis,finite element numerical simulation analysis software of combining the three research,at the same time to meet the actual construction in this project operation problem,finite element software for different factors of foundation pit support of the supporting structure of the original scheme optimization,get a optimal scheme.Specific contents include the following aspects:(1)The analysis of classical soil mechanics theory,deformation mechanism and deep foundation pit supporting structure in practical engineering in the common form of deep foundation pit,and the factors that affect the deformation of foundation pit are analyzed,and put forward some effective measures.(2)ZTE Road station as the research object,through on-site monitoring of deep foundation pit engineering Zhongxing Road subway station,the main analysis of project data,this project mainly summarizes the deformation law.(3)The establishment of 3D model of deep excavation of subway station Zhongxing Road by using the finite element software,according to the actual conditions,analysis of the envelope under different condition of wall horizontal displacement and ground settlement,and the bottom soil resilience.And the finite element numerical simulation data and field monitoring data are compared,in order to prove that the use of finite element numerical analysis method can effectively guide the construction,the research results have the value of Engineering application.(4)The finite element software is used to analyze the influence of support on the deformation and internal force of the deep foundation pit of Zhongxing metro station during the construction process.The support of the original scheme of the project envelope system is optimized and analyzed from different angles,and finally the optimal design scheme is obtained,which meets the feasibility,safety and economy of the construction. |
