With the development of rail transportation, the subway project in the city hasentered a boming period.In the process of the subway construction, more and moreproblem has been presenting, such as the engineering security problem for the excessivepursuit of the economic, vice verca the economic wasting problem for the excessivepusuit ofsecurity. Therefore,the design of Retaining Structure(RS) has been one of thekey issues in the subway contruction. As a result, the research of deformation naturemonitor and optimization to the RS for deep has a very important engineering utilityvalue. The pape is based on the monitoring project of the Huayuan station foundationditch for Hefei metro line1.The main contents and conclusions are as follows:1.The pape gives the monitoring program of the Hefei metro line1Huayuan stationexcavation ecterior-protected structure construction and complete the on-site monitoring.With the calculation and analysis of the on-side monitoring data,,the bored piling andsteel shotcrete supporting structure deformation is summarized emphasized on the pilebody horizontal shift,steel shotcrete shaft forced and the ground surface settlement.2.I analyze the data simulation in the process of deep excavation using theGeotecnical Engineer finite element software Midas gts.Then I compare simulationresult with the factual monitoring data and find that they basically consistent. For these,Iverify the rationality and effectiveness of the finite element model.3.I make a optimal design to the deep excavation supporting structure parameterusing the orthogonal test method which is based on the finite element numericalsimulation.The result indicate that it will be find that:the main effect significance ofmain supporting structure parameter to pile body shift in turn will be pilediameter,thethird layer steel shotcreteif space, the first and the second layer steel shotcreteifspace,for the construction cost the effect significance in turn will be pilediameter,thethird layer steel shotcreteif space, the first and the second layer steel shotcreteifspace,further more, the optimal parameter is0.6m to the pile diameter,1.6m to the pilespace,4m to the third layer steel shotcreteif space,7m to the first and the second layersteel shotcreteif space. All of the results are based on the evaluating indicatorthe pilebody shift and supporting structure construction cost.
