| This paper introduces the research status of concrete-filled steel tubular constructional element at home and aboard and the current application of foamed concrete.At this stage,CFST has been widely used in the actual project,it has been utilized in the long-span bridges,multi-stores and high-rise buildings,however in practical applications,the CFST also has some drawbacks such as overweight,high cost and inconvenient installation;It could cause other problems which involve partial buckling and the overall instability under the circumstances of high cost components and thinner pipe walls if it takes the adoption of pure steel pipe components.Therefore,on the basis of concretefilled steel tube(CFST),this paper will change the concrete filled into foam concrete to form a new type of material composite member and research its mechanical properties under axial compression to solve the problem of large self-weight,high cost of CFST members and inconvenient transportation,so as to achieve the purposes of both can reduce the weight of concrete filled steel tubular components and can reduce the cost of pure steel pipe components.At present,there is no domestic and international research examples of steel pipe foamed concrete.Thus,this paper mainly studies the influence of foamed concrete on the mechanical properties of steel pipe.The main contents are as follows:(1)The model was established by ABAQUS finite element software,and static loading was carried out by the modified Riks method.The result would be the theoretical support for the experimental part.(2)Considering the parameters separately,including the strength of foaming and coagulation,the strength of steel and the frictional force between them.The finite element software was used to analyze the extended parameters of the component and explored the impact of alteration of material parameters on the mechanical properties.(3)A total of 9 foamed concrete specimens with three strength grades were designed and machined,and the axial static load test was carried out.The test phenomena and test data were recorded in detail and the experimental datum were analyzed and studied.The test data are collated,the change of bearing capacity and the bearing capacity at each time point are analyzed,and the data of multiple test pieces are collected and analyzed.(4)Based on the results of software and test analysis,the bearing capacity results of the test members are analyzed and explained specifically,verifying the steel tube foamed concrete component has the advantages of high bearing capacity,low cost and so on. |
