When paving asphalt concrete pavement in the tunnel,the permanent ventilation equipment is not installed,the efficiency of temporary ventilation facilities is not enough,and the heating consumption of the construction machinery equipment,resulting in the poor ventilation capacity of the tunnel.In addition,the traditional hot mix asphalt concrete pavement construction of carbon dioxide,sulfur oxide,cyanide and other components of smoke is difficult to quickly remove,seriously affecting the health of the construction workers.Therefore,it is of high engineering value to study the performance of warm mix material and the choice of waterproof adhesive layer of tunnel asphalt pavement to improve the construction effect of paving asphalt concrete pavement in tunnel.Firstly,the comparison and selection of warm mix and viscosity reduction materials are introduced.The results show that the viscosity,ductility and penetration of asphalt are improved in different degrees after adding warm mix materials in China shipping 70#asphalt,and the warm mix materials and asphalt show good compatibility.There is no significant difference in improving the viscosity,ductility and penetration of asphalt through the comparison of different warm-mix materials.Through the modified asphalt shrp performance test data comparison can be seen:the FT3-8 performance is better,followed by FT3-4,again is FT3-2;Through comparative analysis,it shows that FT3-2 and FT3-4 have significant performance in improving pitch viscosity,penetration,softening point and so on.therefore,the FT3-2 and FT3-4are selected for research.The optimum content of warm mixing material is 3%.Secondly,the performance index of warm mix material is analyzed.The study shows that the asphalt mixture obtained after adding the warm mix material has good high temperature performance,low temperature performance and fatigue performance.after using the mixture construction,it not only effectively improves the compactness of the pavement,but also improves the performance of the asphalt pavement.By using Marshall method to design the mix proportion of warm mix asphalt mixture,the best oil stone ratio of AC-13 asphalt mixture is about 4.9%.in this case,the various performance indexes of the mixture meet the design requirements.When the addition amount of warm mix material is 3%,the asphalt mixture is made by wet mixing and dry mixing method,and the high temperature performance,low temperature performance and water stability performance of the mixture have no significant difference.Finally,the waterproof adhesive design of tunnel asphalt pavement is analyzed.In general,the reactive epoxy resin waterproof adhesive as the waterproof adhesive layer of tunnel asphalt pavement has better waterproof performance.Based on the engineering application,the design structure and related requirements of waterproof adhesive layer of six kinds of tunnel asphalt pavement are put forward,such as stress absorbing layer structure,eliminator waterproof system paving structure,epoxy asphalt mixture waterproof structure layer paving structure,double layer solvent waterproof adhesive waterproof adhesive waterproof structural layer paving structure,thermal melt type modified asphalt and macadam macadam waterproof structure layer paving structure.
