The mechanacal type solid garages have been catch more and more researchers attention compared with traditional parking lot,it has the advantages of large capacity and small occupation,the common mechanacal type solid garages construction is needed to set up a special area,at the same time,which need to build corresponding auxiliary facilities to accessible to vehicles passing through the parking lot.While building number of such garages and auxiliary facilities objectively increases the number of parking spaces,it is not very convenient to park vehicles and the resulting traffic impact can not be ignored.The purpose of the new mechanacal type solid garages is designed to integrate well with the urban planning without affecting the traffic and parking a lot of vehicles conveniently.Base on this design idea,several new design project have been put forward in this paper.Considering of many factors such as parking capacity,construction costs,construction period,difficulty of manufacture,installation and so on,the overall structure of the mechanacal type "solid garage which is "?"in Chinese characters been identified.In this plan,parked vehicles can circulate in the passage to access,under the channel placed underground,the road through the middle of the garage,it entrances and exits placed on both sides of the road.In theory,only two parking spaces on the ground can park for as many as tens of vehicles.The outstanding advantages of this new type of garage are that it can well integrate with the urban road planning,do not need to open a special site for construction,which reduce the requirements for construction land,and do not need to build complex auxiliary facilities,which not only saves the construction cost,also convenient for vehicle access.Different from the common mechanical stereo garage,the new type ofgarage allows the parked vehicles to circulate in the passage,instead of relying on the cooperation of the traditional hoisting mechanism and the carrier,by driving the chain drive car orbital board to achieve.In particular,the connection of transverse and longitudinal tracks with eccentric placement of the 1/4 arc track to achieve the car plate reversal,which not only simplifies the mechanical structure,but also easy to control and improve access to the vehicle speed.In this paper,anew type of mechanical stereo garages determined in the overall design scheme,and then the composition and working principle of the mechanical system of the new stereo garage are explained.The paper expounds the relevant basis for designing the overall size of the new stereo garage,and draws the related component models in the CATIA software,finally assembling the three-dimensional model map of the new stereo garage.Based on the three-dimensional model diagram,the kinematics model of the car-loading board in the three-dimensional garage is abstracted,the kinematics principle and the related kinematics parameters of the car-loading board are analyzed,and the geometrical shape of the rail,the structure of the guide shoe,control and other design to provide a theoretical basis.For the new mechanical stereo garage proposed in this paper,the vehicle acts vertically on the loading board,under the action of self-excited inertial force,the main vibration between vehicle and the stereo garage is produced in the vertical direction.As the rigidity of the stereo garage is relatively larger in the vertical direction,the deformation of the load-bearing structure can be neglected.In this paper,the dynamic performance of the new mechanical stereo garage is studied,mainly about the vibration of the single vehicle and the corresponding loading board.Different from the existing literature,the paper is not directly equivalent to the mass of the parked vehicle when studying the dynamic performance of the full stereo garage,but it include in the vehicle's elastic parameters to analyse the coupling vibration of the vehicle and the load plate on the dynamic performance of the vehicle.In order to analyse the dynamic performance stereo garage,the dynamic equation of the simplified vehicle model is established by using the D'Alember principle.The finite element theory is used to calculate the dynamic equation of the carrier plate by using the two-beam beam element and the four-node thin plate unit.Through the contact relationship between the vehicle and the loading board,the coupling vibration mechanism of the vehicle and the loading board and the relationship between the vibration equation of the vehicle and the loading board are described.The method of solving the coupled vibration equation is analyzed and the corresponding program is compiled in MATLAB.Finally,a concrete example is given to analyze the self-vibration characteristics of the load plate.Assuming that the new type of three-dimensional garage is running under different working conditions,by solving the dynamic response equation of the loading plate,the running speed,vehicle parameters and the influence of the load plate dynamic characteristics on dynamic response can be analyzed.
