The Study On Planning Of Well-off Ecological Villages

Since the "18th CPC National Congress",along with the construction of ecological civilization,new-type urbanization and well-off society,the development and transformation of rural areas in China are facing profound change.In order to avoid the problems of environment destruction,resource wasting and widening gap between urban and rural areas in the new period,the exploration of new rural planning pattern is paid more and more attention.This paper analyzes the international and domestic sustainable development,the development of urban and rural areas,the construction of ecological civilization and the construction of new towns and so on,sums up the theoretical research and practice cases of eco-village and well-off society at home and abroad,and combs out the theoretical foundation of well-off ecological villages.Through the review and collation of the literature,the paper puts forward the rural planning model of "well-off ecological village",analyzes the meaning and characteristics of the well-off ecological villages,and tries to establish the basic theoretical framework of the well-off ecological villages.Overall design of planning and utilization of well-off ecological village the theories of sustainable cultivation,industrial ecology,ecological economics,ecological architecture and community construction,aiming at sustaining development and building a well-off society,put forward corresponding planning strategies in four aspects of ecology,industry,human settlement environment and community construction through the analysis and classification of village system.In order to realize the common development of ecological construction and economic construction on the basis of coordination of different systems.The well-off eco-village is a comprehensive ecological-economic system which covers the natural environment,economic construction and social development,and constructs the rural construction mode of ecological-economic coordinated development through ecological construction,circular economy,ecological infrastructure and community communities.In this paper,the author summarizes the development status and resources of the port and village through the data collection,investigation and so on,which is the research object of Dongbu Tun villages.On the basis of a series of researches,this paper,as the practical object of planning for the well-off village,and guided by the goal of building ecological Civilization Society and well-off society,takes sustainable development,improving people's livelihood and local nature as the planning principles,and from the perspectives of ecological protection,industrial development,human settlements environment construction Put forward the overall layout of the planning of the well-off ecological village it also puts forward the ecological protection plan(dividing the scope of ecological protection,implementing the Strategy of ecological restoration),industrial planning(introducing the rural ecotourism industry,promoting the industrial integration,developing the recycle economy),the Human Settlements environment plan(constructing the ecological human settlement environment,using renewable energy,Construction of ecological infrastructure)and rural construction mechanism of the proposal(to cultivate rural community,to absorb all the forces to build community participation platform),including the planning path of well-off ecological villages.This paper will analyze the comprehensive benefit of the planning of the well-off ecological village in the area from three angles of environmental benefit,economic benefit and social benefit,and look forward to the development vision of the well-off ecological villages in the future of urban-rural relationship.
