With the development of power electronic technology, frequency converter inindustrial field is more and more widely used. But the input current distortion of thetraditional inverter is very serious, which leads to the pollution of the power andserious disturbance to the electric equipment. In order to solve the problem, thispaper mainly focuses on three-phase single switch Boost rectifier control systembased on inverter load.Aiming at the serious problom of traditional5harmonic pollution of the threephase single switch boost circuit, Put forward a new and effective technology ofinput current close loop based on the fundamental amplitude. In order to ensure theDC bus voltage loop, the output of input current fundamental amplitude regulator isthe basis as single switch duty ratio injection, to increase the control of power gridcurrent and improve the power factor.In order to improve the system input power factor further, Put forward a newsolution of harmonic injection method based on voltage error compensation. PRcontroller is adopted to extract6harmonic of power grid after digital rectification,in order to reduce the bus voltage fluctuations and the5harmonic content of theinput current. In addtion, the injection signal amplitude is optimized according tothe input current, so that the system has good harmonic inhibitory effect indifferent power segments.In order to meet the demand to reduce the DC link capacitor and the DC busvoltage, this paper proposed a control method of single Boost type variablefrequency speed control system based on power injection. Through the closed loopcontrol of the system power and injection to the duty ratio, the DC link voltageripple is reduced and system keeps stable. The simulation results show that, in thepremise of reducing the DC bus capacitor, and with the control method mentionedin this paper, the system input power factor can be improved effectively.Conducted some corresponding research on the inverter common mode voltage,analyzed the defects of traditional common mode voltage suppression method,presents a improved common mode voltage suppression strategy. To synthesize thezero vector using a fixed set of nonzero vectors, not only effectively suppresse thecommon mode voltage, but also the problem of current distortion problem is solved.Build a three-phase single switch Boost variable frequency speed controlsystem experiment platform based on DSP. The main parameters are selected, andthe hardware and software design of the control system are introduced in this paper.Finally, the preliminary experiments were done on this experimental platform, and the result was ideal.
