Application Of Automatic Spray Curing Technology In The Concrete Curing Of High-rise Structures

In the high shear wall concrete,curing is the key method to form good strength.At present,the main means of maintenance is a combination of natural conservation and water conservation two ways,however,because of the shear wall of high-rise buildings with high maintenance is relatively high,it is difficult to do everything,especially in concrete shear wall with irregular,once the improper maintenance will not be able to guarantee the strength of concrete solid growth,the concrete surface is easy to produce shrinkage crack.This paper focuses on the shear wall of high-rise buildings maintenance problems,study the mechanism of early curing effect on shrinkage cracking of concrete wall structure,and design a safe,efficient and energy-saving automatic sprinkler system maintenance.First,this paper summarizes the basic theory and concrete curing of the existing concrete reasonable maintenance methods is very important for improving the early performance of concrete is taken,should pay attention to the maintenance methods,analyze and explain the early curing of concrete plays an important role in inhibiting the contraction and prevent cracks.Secondly,the factors that affect the quality of shear wall are analyzed,mainly including the influence of different kinds of concrete and the environment of the project.Five kinds of curing characteristics of commonly used are described,respectively with mould maintenance,water conservation,brush,cover film curing agent for maintenance,the top of the wall with water conservation,use of certain limitations are the large-scale application of restrictions on the curing process in the shear wall of high-rise concrete.Third,design a concrete shear wall with automatic sprinkler maintenance system,this system is mainly the use of pressure tank to conservation of water to the floor,the automatic control system,the spray head and the conservation of the shear wall structure,to ensure the full and timely maintenance of concrete,and later masonry processes construction of water and fire water.Construction materials can be recycled,which not only ensures the construction quality,and greatly saves the cost.After the high-rise concrete shear wall maintenance,due to the automatic sprinkler system is safe,efficient and energy-saving features,to avoid the traditional curing process,so it has great prospects for development and broad application market.
