| Bearings are widely used in electromechanical products.Bearing manufacturing industry is one of the basic industries of the national economy.Most of the more developed Industrial countries are very concerned about the development of bearings.Bearing raceway is the most important bearing surface.Its quality directly determines the bearing life and performance.Superfinishing is the key processes to improve the bearing surface quality and precision,and it is of great significance to study the process stability of superfinishing process for the quality control of bearing raceway and bearing finished product.In this paper,the research on the process stability and process capability control of the superfinishing process of the bearing ferrule is carried out in combination with the actual production of the internship factory.In this paper,the process capability index and statistical process control analysis method are introduced in the analysis of superfinishing process data.Process capability indices have played in quality analysis and improvement advantages,as well as statistical process control in the production process determine whether stable,monitor the production process,as well as to make up for deficiencies such as post-hoc test has the advantage.The main work is shown as follows:Designing the experiment of bearing raceway superfinishing stability.Extracting 100 inner and outer ring samples,using roundness instrument and roughness instrument to test work pieces after processing the ring raceway,getting the experiment data.The process capability index is applied to the process quality control of the bearing,and the evaluation criteria and calculation method of the process capability index are given.The results were analyzed by mathematical statistics and SPC method,and the process capability,process capability index and process stability were analyzed.Improving the process and quality control by the analysis result.In the last,this paper review the whole tasks,and forecast the prospect of further studies.Through the research of the paper,it is known that the statistical process control method is used to analyze the superfinishing of the bearing raceway.Through the analysis of the result,the improvement of the superfinishing process of the bearing raceway is improved obviously,and the surface quality and machining precision of the raceway are improved.Based on the analysis of the main factors that affect the quality of the bearing processing process,the control of the process capability can be quantified and clarified.Once the problem occurs,the calculated process capability index can be analyzed and the solution can be controlled in time to control the process quality.This paper provides a reference method for the control of surface quality and precision of superfinishing of bearing raceway. |
