Abstract/Summary:
LED chip technology continues to improve in recent years,in indoor lighting applications of the product,it has replaced the traditional mainstream light source lighting products.In some areas of application of professional lighting zoom lamp can effectively improve the quality of lighting.By applying the zoom technique in the indoor lighting system,the quality and sense of depth of lighting can be improved.This paper for the zoom technology in the field of indoor lighting applications lack of this situation,with LED as the light source,a set of zoom optics with continuously adjustable beam angle is designed.The research contents of this paper include:(1)Aiming at the demand of indoor lighting environment,the lens model of zoom optical system is disigned by optical theory.The focal length of the optical system is changed by the movement of the Fresnel lens so that the light exit angle can be continuously changed after the light source passes through the optical system.(2)The lens combination parameters of the zoom optical system are designed so that the beam angle of the optical zoom system is large.By optimizing the focal length of the free-form surface lens and the Fresnel lens,the zoom range of the optical system is designed to meet the design goal.(3)Using the optical software to simulate the effect of the light source through the optical system,in the process of simulation using surface light source to simulate.Analyzing the change of the focal length of the optical system and the continuous change of the beam angle by changing the distance between the two lenses,and the optimal direction for the utilization of light energy is proposed.In this paper,the method of the free surface,spherical,and Fresnel lens is used,combined with the design of the zoom system theory,The final design of the optical system to achieve continuous zoom,in a limited range of lens spacing,the beam angle range of large and continuous change.
