In recent years,all governments at different location have paid increasing attent ion to environmental issues and actively conducted clean energy development and environmental pollution control.In many northern regions,coal-fired heating is the main cause of smog.The "coal-to-electricity" measures that are being vigorously pr omoted can reduce the coal consumption to a great extent and thus reduce the air pollution caused thereby.Air source heat pump is "coal to electricity" an important device,while the permanent magnet synchronous motor is the core component of the inverter air-source heat pump.High-performance motor control depends on the motor's electronic parameters.As the parameters of the motor change during operation,the control system of permanent magnet synchronous motor with parameter adaptive technology has better performance.Based on the extensive research on the current situation of motor param eter identification at home and abroad,this paper analyzes the influence of the motor parameter variation on the control system.The advantages and disadvantages of offline parameter identification and on-line parameter identification are compared,and a reliable method of motor parameter identification is proposed.A vector control algorithm based on the Luenberger observer parameter-adaptive PMSM without posit ion sensor is designed.The motor model and parameter adaptive control algorithm with parameters are established in the MATLAB model.The simulation results show that the algorithm is feasible.For 3KW built-in permanent magnet synchronous motor of Emerson Suzhou,a double closed-loop permanent magnet synchronous motor vector control system with STM32F303 VB as the master chip is built.The system includes a control circuit,a rectifier and filter circuit,an inverter current,a bootstrap circuit,a power factor correction(PFC)boost circuit,a current sampling circuit,a DC bus voltage sampling circuit and a protection circuit.The control software of rotor position estimation,dynamic PI regulator and permanent magnet synchronous motor start-up algorithm is designed with parameter-adaptive Luenberger observer.Finally,the adaptive control method and the traditional control method are com pared on the established experimental system platform.Through the analysis of experimental data,the feasibility and superiority of parameter adaptive algorithm are verified.This method can improve the performance of permanent magnet synchronous motor.
