Ventilator is a medical first aid equipment used in clinical practice.It can replace,control or improve the respiratory function of the human.It is widely used in the treatment of respiratory system diseases such as respiratory failure and respiratory failure,which is widely used in the respiratory system diseases.With the development of ventilator research technology,more and more advanced design methods are applied in ventilator,and the function of ventilator is more and more powerful.But at the same time,there are many problems,the control system sensor is too tedious,the various ventilation strategy parameters are complex,a relative front of the ventilator price is up to millions,aggravated the pressure of hospital funds,and when the use of ventilator is relatively tense,it can not provide immediate breathing treatment for the patients.The independent research and development of the ventilator in China is relatively late,the domestic industrial chain scale is small,the basic industry is weak,and the foreign big brands have carried out the monopolistic operation in the global market,especially for the patients who need long-term hospitalization,which has brought much inconvenience to their work and life.Therefore,a portable ventilator design method with low cost,high control precision and easy to carry is designed.The main content of the design is divided into the following parts:First of all,the structure diagram and block diagram of the ventilator control system are studied and designed,and the basic principle of vector control speed regulation of permanent magnet synchronous motor is described in detail.The historical background of PMSM,the structure,the mathematical model and the basic principle of coordinate transformation,the basic principle of vector control technology are introduced,and the principle and method of space vector pulse width modulation(SVPWM)are emphatically analyzed.An improved MTPA control method [67 is proposed in software control.Then,the principle of the Berg observer system in vector sensorless vector control system for PMSM is analyzed and introduced.Secondly,the permanent magnet synchronous motor vector control speed regulation system is simulated.The Simulink simulation platform is used to get better simulation results and verify the feasibility and feasibility of the speed regulation system.Finally,the design method of hardware and software of the vectorial control system for the permanent magnet synchronous motor for ventilator is introduced.A ARM-cortex series of MCU is used on the controller.A speed control system with STM32F407R8T6 as the main control chip is designed,the design method of sampling modularization is designed,and the design of the hardware circuit of each module is also designed.The method is analyzed,the structure and process of each functional part are described in detail,and the key technologies are expounded in detail.The parameter requirements of the ventilator controller are verified by experiments,and the experimental results are analyzed.
