The middle pressure large capacity internal gear pump used in industry widely,due to running smoothly,no pulsation,self suction and widely speed rate.The signifcant is the slider bearing of the design and work of the internal gear pump,so the reliability of the pump depens on how to lubricate and lose heat from slider bearing.In this thesis,study the lucation theory and develop the double spiral lubrication groove,start from the problem in the 202 pump development which is unenough lubrication and lose heat,the temperature over 850 degree which is the phase-transition temperature of raw material,then the slider bearing and shaft burned together.In this thesis,directed the slider bearing and shaft burned together in the prototype pump develop test,study the new stucture.The concrete research as below:1.Verify the key design parameter of prototype's slider bearing according classical theroy of slider bearing,include stress,speed and PV value,compare with the character of the raw material of slider bearing,to prove the design is suitable.2.Study the theroy of the slider bearing work under dynamic pressure,deduce the Reymolds equation base on the hydromechanics.And simplify the Reymolds equation due to this thesis' lubrication status,find the equation for the plannar.State the normal four boundary conditions of the Reymolds equation.3.Anaylsis the advantages and disadvantages of the prototype,base on the slider bearing rotated with the idler gear,raise the new structure which machine the double spiral lubrication groove in the inner surface of slider bearing.Calculate the strength and loose energy of the new structure,and prove it is suitable for duty.4.Use the software-ANSYS-CFX(CFD)to simulate and calculate the flow and heat dissipation.Anaylsis the advantage of the new structure from numerical simulation,which improve the lubrication and heat dissipation.5.Verfication test.Make the 3D model and 2D drawing to manufactor the part,and assemble the slider bearing into the 202 pump for verification test.After the mechanical running test – 5x12 hours at the high pressure test,the pump still can work.Compare the test data,the temperature is 40 degree lower than the first test in the same time,so the problem has been solved.Disassemble the test pump,the new slider bearing with scratch but in the tolerance.This thesis is study the problem from the engineering application,study the lubrication thoery of slider bearing,initiate the new structure-double spiral lubrication groove in the inner surface of slider bearing.Prove the new structure is effective and solved the problem from development product.The technique skill can be used on similar equipment.
