In early 2014,State Grid Company issued a "Plan about the implementation Distribution Network Integrated Management System",trying to through the fusion of marketing,distribution,dispatch and other business system based data and the sharing of production and management data to enhance the level of power supply management and quality service.State Grid Shandong Electric Power Company vigorously promote the Distribution Network Integrated Management System,relying on the substation,power lines,transformers,customer corresponding relation,the relation between the traditional way and new media,gradually realize the "point to point" information push accurately.But still there are considerable limitations of existing channels,especially for rural customers,in which is difficult to achieve full coverage,and thus Distribution Network Integrated Management System's effective landing and the service of rural power supply.This thesis,which is based on the needs of the broad masses of rural areas,using remote voice broadcast,data communication and other key technology,the organic combination of Internet and rural broadcasting is a real class innovation study.This article,firstly narrates the marketing MIS,production of PMS,the power distribution GIS and other business support system and the application results.Considering hardware configuration and software program,the analogy analysis and simulation,we determine the framework of combination of voice signal coding procedure and single chip microcomputer,sampling and amplification,such as low-pass filtering device configuration selection.The cloud seeding platform remote voice broadcast system design scheme is expounded on comprehensive analysis and comparison of principle,structure and performance,cloud seeding platform based on GPRS was introduced in detail on the composition character of data transmission system,the way of communication,structure selection,security configuration as well as the overall architecture design.Then analyses the overall structure of the platform of cloud seeding,narrates remote voice broadcast speech,power fault location,SMS alarm and a series of practical function.Finally,the paper introduces the popularization and application of cloud broadcasting platform,and expounds the economic and social benefits of cloud broadcasting platform before and after the application.Research results of this paper effectively are infused into the area customer management.By setting up the new mode,of "electric power line-transformer substation-customers and cloud seeding platform",the problems of power of information service in time and space limitations are overcomed.With the aid of cloud seeding platform,we realized the remote voice broadcasting anytime and anywhere,the push of all kinds of power failure information accurately and timely and low voltage area's electric power fault alarm.The platform is effective on coverage,penetration,effectivity,investment costs,thus leads to a strong replication and popularization value in the rural areas.
