The 21st century is the era of information,in all walks of life are gradually to the intelligent development,civil construction is also into the digital age.Before,the concept of digitization construction understood on computer software platform for the virtual construction of buildings,building information model was constructed,so as to handle and solve the problem of building during the design phase may be hidden.With the deepening of the research,the concept of digital got breakthrough extensions,such as the 3D printing concrete technology is on the rise,can be achieved without the template automatically build all kinds of building structure,completely subvert the traditional construction technology of labour-intensive model.This article through the literature research points out that 3D printing is a kind of concrete based on the outline of the molding process of construction technology,is through the nozzle to walk according to the preset program step by step a concrete materials extrusion formed accumulation layer structure;Contour forming process for materials such as a variety of reasons is currently not applied to concrete structures with steel skeleton,to explore a solution to this problem,this paper proposes a new form of printing way,namely the new outline of the process,and the printing material and its key technology such as bonding performance with steel were studied.This article through to the mix proportion design of concrete material,the new and old concrete interface bond properties,theoretical research on bond strength,reinforcement and concrete to determine a suitable print concrete material,analysis the proportion of material and dosage of water reducing agent,accelerating agent on the properties of new mixing mortar,determine a set of applicable to this topic research the best mix proportion parameter,and the determination of the layered superposition forming way of hardening cube specimens with traditional casting forming the hardening of cube compressive strength,bending strength of the contrast between the specimens,by weight test of ribbed contour was measured the bond strength of reinforced concrete with printing.In this paper,also the new process of steel profile in this area has carried on the theoretical analysis and the research of exploration through calculation analysis of the ribbed profile template as a permanent filling concrete in the safety of the construction phase,according to whether considering the bond strength of reinforcement and concrete points outside support to assure the safety construction layout has been analyzed,through the literature research probes into the concrete filling with ribbed outline of integrity,and points out the current measures to strengthen the bond properties of commonly used at home and abroad,in order to lay the foundation for subsequent further in-depth study.
