The sustainable development of energy has been the focus of the world.Although China is a big country of energy,but in terms of energy supply and demand,China's energy constraints are becoming increasingly prominent.As an important energy conversion equipment,coal-fired industrial boilers are widely used in all walks of industrial production,its annual coal consumption accounts for 11.73%of the total energy consumption.Therefore,it is very important to carry out energy-saving work in coal-fired industrial boilers.China has issued a series of industrial boiler energy-saving standards,and has paid attention to energy-saving technology introduction and absorption,but has not yet established a scientific and feasible energy-saving evaluation index system of coal-fired industrial boilers and the corresponding comprehensive evaluation model.Therefore,in order to improve the level of manufacturing and operation of coal-fired boilers,it is necessary to construct an effective energy-saving evaluation index system and corresponding evaluation model.In this thesis,coal-fired industrial boilers were the subject of the research,with the platform of Special Equipment Safety Supervision Inspection Institute of Jiangsu Province,the field investigation and energy efficiency test of several industrial boilers were carried out,the existing problems of coal-fired industrial boiler were analyzed.Through the analysis of a large number of relevant literature,the status quo of domestic and foreign boiler energy-saving research and related evaluation methods were understood in depth.Besides,the theoretical basis of energy-saving evaluation index system and the existing energy-saving evaluation standards were summarized.On this basis,firstly,following the principles of the construction of index system and structure design concept,through the index of the primary and optimization,based on the 3 criterion-layer indexes of energy efficiency,management and environmental protection,the energy saving evaluation index system of coal-fired industrial boilers with 8 factor-level indicators and 33 index-level indexes was established,and the meaning of each index was explained,the results showed that the index system covered all aspects of the evaluation of energy efficiency of industrial boilers.Secondly,the weight of the qualitative index was calculated by the group AHP method,the weight of the quantitative index was calculated by the combination weighting method based on the group AHP method,the entropy weight method,the gray correlation method and standard weight coefficient method,the results showed that the index weight can reflect the importance of each index.Thirdly,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of coal-fired industrial boiler was constructed,the expert evaluation method was used to calculate the membership degree of qualitative index and the subordinate function and the membership degree of the quantitative index were calculated based on the central point triangulation,the weighted average operator was used to synthesize the membership matrix and the weight vector,and then the index evaluation score and the corresponding evaluation level were obtained.Finally,a set of software for energy efficiency evaluation of coal-fired industrial boilers was developed by using Visual Basic,and the main function modules of evaluation software were briefly described.The evaluation software makes energy-saving evaluation easier to realize.Based on the energy-saving evaluation index system and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model constructed in this thesis,5 coal-fired industrial boilers with boiler capacity of 1t/h,2t/h,4t/h,6t/h and lOt/h were chosen as the instance analysis and the results were analyzed.The results showed that the comprehensive evaluation results and the individual evaluation scores were in accordance with the actual operation,it can compare the energy efficiency between different industrial boilers,but also helped to find out the energy consumption in the process of energy saving,and then put forward the corresponding energy-saving recommendations and measures.Therefore,the energy-saving evaluation index system and the comprehensive evaluation model constructed in this thesis were scientific and feasible.It provides a new idea and method for the evaluation of energy-saving evaluation of coal-fired industrial boilers for supervisors and boiler users.
