Study On Urban Drainage Planning In Tonghua City

Urban drainage planning is an important public utility in the city and an important guarantee for the sustainable development of the city.Scientifically compiling urban drainage planning is an important measure to prevent and solve urban water pollution.Evaluating the rationality of urban drainage planning is an important measure to ensure the effectiveness of urban drainage system infrastructure construction.With the rapid socio-economic development of Tonghua City and the rapid population growth,the water crisis in Tonghua City and the worsening of water environmental pollution have prevented the existing water supply and drainage system from meeting the requirements of urban development.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to conduct scientific planning of the existing drainage system in Tonghua City and to evaluate and study its rationality.There is still a series of problems prevalent of the urban planning in Tonghua City,such as incomplete and unreasonable drainage system,illogical drainage partition,weak capacity of the sewage treatment plant and so on.Considering the requirement of "Tonghua City Urban Master Plan(2009 ~ 2030)" and the situations of Tonghua City drainage system,a new programme was displayed in "Tonghua City Urban Drainage Special Planning".According to the manual,Tonghua City will be divided into nine drainage zoning.Then three sewage treatment plants will be established.Moreover,rainwater and sewage lines will be laid in the areas where there are no pipelines in the drainage districts of Tonghua City.This paper mainly evaluates and analyzes the reasonable planning of sewage collection and sewage treatment in the special planning of urban drainage in Tonghua City and puts forward possible suggestions based on the concept of "sponge city".According to the analysis of the planning of this study,the existing drainage system in Tonghua city will be revised,thus greatly improve the Tonghua city drainage pipeline and gain the quality of water.The study can supply significant information on long-term development of Tonghua city.
