In the context of global environmental pollution becoming increasingly serious,we draw more and more attention to the coordination of economic benefits and environmental protection for power generation planning and decision-making,which has become a multi-objective problem.In power generation planning and decisionmaking,the power generation cost that reflects economic benefits and the pollutant emission that has a significant impact on the environment are two conflicting goals,and these two goals illustrate the relationship between economy and environment.The intelligence of micro-grid is the future development trend,different kinds of new intelligent technologies are continuously applied in the grid.Because photovoltaic power generation and wind power generation are efficient and environmental energy generation methods that consume renewable energy,the key to improving the economic operation of micro-grid system is to increase the proportion of photovoltaic and wind energy consumption,at the same time,we should rationally operate the energy-storage system to minimize the fluctuation of the equivalent output which belong to wind energy,photovoltaic energy and solar storage.This paper simulates the output of wind power,photovoltaic and energy storage,and then analyzes the output of each distributed power source,on this basis,this paper then proposes an optimal output dispatching strategy of micro-grid comprehensive cost and micro-grid power supply LOLE indicator,this strategy includes the participation of distributed power sources and energy storage.Under this strategy,the load of the isolated micro-grid is firstly met by wind power and photovoltaic output,and then the insufficient part is supplemented by energy storage charging and discharging,if the load is still insufficient,fuel cells and gas turbines should be used for scheduling,finally the users’ insufficient power consumption is calculated,according to the calculated number,users are mobilized to participate in scheduling and paid for related ancillary services.This paper establishes a comprehensive cost optimization model which includes several independent micro-grid optimization goals,these goals are minimize conventional-units costs,minimize environmental costs,minimize users’ demand side response costs for participating in dispatching and minimize power supply shortage indicators.Also,this paper develops an improved multi-objective grey wolf algorithm based on niche technology,and the standard test functions ZDT1,ZDT2 and a microgrid test case of 10 units are selected to conduct multi-objective optimization tests on the improved algorithm,the results prove the effectiveness and scientificalness of the algorithm,then a multi-objective optimization scheduling is performed on an actual micro-grid case,which verifies the correctness and scientificalness of the model proposed in this paper.
