Intravenous infusion is seen as one of the most important devices in medical equipment industry,so it has become the focus of widespread concern.As new technologies have emerged,intravenous infusion equipment is constantly upgrading.While some of the medical needs of patients and health care workers are met,more problems such as portability,safety,and reliability are followed.How to break the traditional cold infusion of industrial equipment and enhance its quality and quality is an urgent problem to solve.Introduce the concept of systematic design to optimize the product.This paper studies the overall purpose,hierarchical optimization,open dynamic and associated coordination principle of systematic design.And analyzes the method of systematic design,making the design process more efficient,reasonable and scientific.This paper analyzes the existing products in the market,and uses a series of methods and measures,such as user research,style coordinate map and behavior map.Summed up in line with user needs and practical product design positioning,so as to achieve the overall optimal principle.For the intelligent infusion equipment for creative ideas,program design,functional structure to determine the choice of product materials and technology to design a convenient,reliable,full-featured product which is able to reduce the pain of patients with infusion and reduce the work of the staff strength.The use of extrusion power instead of gravity as the driving force of the infusion method,so that infusion equipment more portable,not only easy to hospital intravenous operation,in the home,battlefield or field emergency ambulance can also be used.Through the use of systematic evaluation method to analyze the program,to assess the value of the product and to further improve and optimize the program.
