After the reform and opening up,China has got rapid development,but also makes the rapid development of hydropower projects in china.In recent years,the scale of China's power grid is constantly expanding to meet the needs of people.So the equipment needed by the power grid is also a sharp rise,the management of these devices has evolved into a huge problem.The traditional way is to make statistical and maintenance of these devices by hand.Only in the case of equipment problems can not supply power,will go to the maintenance equipment,or regular maintenance.Manual way to collect the information of the power equipment,which will lead to the accuracy of the data is not high,while the size of the power equipment continues to increase,the difficulty of manual statistics into the index rose.Therefore,the development of a device management system has become an urgent matter.Through the network system to the equipment information statistics can make the power company staff's workload is greatly reduced,while the accuracy is guaranteed.By means of this system,the power company can make statistics on the information of electric power equipment in the network(reduce the cost and improve the accuracy of manual Statistics).This can ensure the efficiency of the power company,but also can reduce the residents because of equipment problems and power outages.Through J2EE to develop a web based software system for power equipment,the cost of equipment management by the system for the power company will be greatly reduced.Company staff can log on the system after the management of the equipment,you can query the information of the device,according to the information obtained from the analysis of information,in the development of targeted programs to maintain equipment.Purchasing Department of electric power company can input the equipment information directly into the system after logging in.Through the system to save the system,the system is more reliable than the traditional paper,and convenient query.The main modules of the system include the system management,site management,inspection and maintenance reminders module.In the development of the corresponding module function,we have asked the power company's employees in detail,to listen to their advice,and in turn the development of the system.The system needs to obtain the system through the needs analysis,and then through the software and hardware framework of the system into the design.Through the module flow chart of the system,use case diagram to design the system,after using E-R diagram can design the system's database.By coding to achieve the design of the system,and then for the system has been implemented to test.Through testing to verify the integrity of the system development and performance to meet user requirements.
