| The transmission wire erected in the outdoor environment is prone to breeze vibration when it is excited by the surrounding wind,the breeze vibration causes little instantaneous damage to the transmission wire,however,the breeze vibration for a long time will cause abrasion between lines and strands to increase,aggravate the initiation and propagation of local cracks in the wire,and finally lead to the occurrences of the disconnected fault of the transmission wire.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the damage mechanism of the transmission wire breeze vibration and to realize the detection of the transmission wire breakage for guiding the actual field operation.The occurrences of transmission wire disconnected fault caused by breeze vibration are often found at the outlet of the wire clip,therefore,this paper establishes a local finite element model of the transmission wire at the outlet of the clamp by using ABAQUS simulation software,and analyzes the action mechanism of tension and amplitude on wire breakage.At the same time,this paper introduces the modal analysis technology into the wire breakage detection of transmission lines,proposes a new wire breakage detection method,designs a device of wire breakage detection based on piezoelectric accelerometer,and through the vibration test platform the effect of device were verified.The concrete contents is as follows:Firstly,the local finite element model of transmission line was established by using ABAQUS simulation software.By applying the constraint to simulate the force of the wire at the outlet of the clamp in the actual field,and based on the two aspects of fretting wear and wire fatigue,the action mechanism of tension and amplitude applied to the wire on the damage of transmission wire breakage was studied.Secondly,the 10m-long transmission wire model was built by ABAQUS simulation software and the modal parameters were extracted.At the same time,the vibration test of the 10 m long wire was carried out on the vibration test platform,and the algorithm program of modal parameter identification was prepared by Matlab platform,for extracting the modal parameters of the test wire.The natural vibration frequency of 10 m long transmission wire obtained by the two methods is analyzed contrastively,which verifies the feasibility of modal analysis technology for transmission wire.Finally,the influence of transmission wire breakage on the natural frequency is studied,and based on the above research,the modal analysis technique is proposed to detect the breakage of transmission wire.The transmission wire breakage detection device based on piezoelectric accelerometer is designed and the main control module,power supply module and communication module of the device are introduced.Through the vibration test platform which has been set up,the transmission wire breakage detection test was carried out,and the effect of device were verified. |
