The coupled aerothermoelastic analysis is a pivotal mission for the the development of hypersonic vehicle,directly supports the design of thermal protection system,and restrict the overall performance of hypersonic vehicle.Basedon a comprehensive analysis and summary of the aerothermoelasticity analysis method,a multi-field coupling method is used in the paper to actualize the two-way coupling analysis by coupling FLUENT with ABAQUS.In this paper,the head of the class X-43 aircraftas the research object,Using this method,the thermal analysis and thermal structure analysis of the head of a typical hypersonic vehicle are studied.This paper simulated the classic tube spoiler examples,the shock position and shape coincide with the experimental results.Then the characteristics of the flow field and temperature field characteristics and the related literature were analyzed.The error with counterparts at home and abroad,show the validity of this method,Then the thermal stress and thermal strain of the structure are analyzed.With temperature displacement coupling unit and heat transfer unit of the pipe instance were simulated.The results show that the temperature of the T=2s is higher using the heat transfer unit,this is because of the heat transfer unit without considering the effect of thermal strain on the structure of heat transfer,which indicates that in hypersonic Aerothermoelastic analysis.The thermal coupling structure can not be ignored.On the basis of the above research,the head of the class X-43 aircraft is taken as the research object.The hypersonic blunt radius of influence of dynamic heat and wave resistance of gas,the head at the stagnation point heat convection and the head of radius of curvature is inversely proportional to the square root,and the head made of tip can reduce the wave resistance,shock wave generated so head design should be used to reduce or compromise in the case of using thermal deformation thermal protection materials.This paper studied the same Maher number under different angles of attack effect on temperature and thermal deformation of the structure,results show that the angle of attack is a key parameter of the thermal deformation of the head of the vehicle,in the high Maher number have ignored heat of hypersonic vehicle under the condition of non deformable angle.The effects of different Maher numbers on the temperature rise and thermal deformation of the structure under the same angle of attack are studied.The results show that the larger the number of the Maher is,the higher the stagnation temperature is,the faster the temperature rise and the larger the thermal deformation of the structure.
