Water is the source of life,the most basic resource for the development and reproduction of human society,and also the prerequisite for the formation and development of the city.Major cities at home and abroad are built in accordance with water,and the city's water sources are mostly urban rivers and lakes and other water bodies,However,with the development of urbanization and industrialization process,the original water source is more or less polluted by human activities,many cities because of the original source of water pollution and the difficulty of protection and other factors should not be used as urban residents drinking water sources.As a result,many cities have to build a large long range of inter basin water diversion project,the introduction of clean water away from the town or in the upper reaches of the city to address the needs of the city's water resources.Large scale water diversion project often water supply flow is larger,longer lines,more control nodes involved,more constraints,management and operation control is relatively complex,and the water body in the water system has a greater kinetic energy,such as unreasonable scheduling or operation error,once the accident caused a greater impact,the harm is relatively large.Therefore,it is very important for the safety of operation and energy saving to carry out the optimal operation of cascade pumping stations and to improve the technical level of dispatching,management and operation of the project.The goal of this study is to provide a large cross basin water supply project in a certain area of Northeast China,the project is divided into three parts,trunk line project,A City branch line project and B City branch line project.The X reservoir is the water source project,water diversion project,multi route project through cascade pumping stations and pressure pipeline,tunnel first raw water transport to H reservoir,by A,B,H respectively from the two regional reservoir water is transported to the two city waterworks.The project has the characteristics of long distance,large flow,high lift,multi user,multi step pumping station,pressure water conveyance and so on,in the same type of the same size of the project operating conditions are relatively complex.Therefore,it is necessary to study the pumping station and pipeline system for the first time,to develop a safe,reasonable,standardized and economical operation principle and operation plan to ensure the successful completion of the project,at the same time provide the system complete scheduling management and operation after the project.
