Rod-plate thin-walled structures are utilized in many industries such as aviation,aerospace,and marine structure.Due to its excellent performance,rod-plate thin-walled structures are often applied on the wing structures.Among former analysis of the wing rodplate thin-walled structures,the rod structure and the plate structure of the wing were often separated and analyzed separately,which resulted in overlooking the relationship between them two.For general rod-plate thin-walled structures,the board(skin)will keep a certain carrying capacity due to the support of tensile bending rigidity bar(purlin)around the surface,rather than being damaged directly under the condition of instability.As a result,in the force analysis of the surface,considering the characteristics of the post buckling will intuitively enhance the reliability index and bearing capacity of the plate.The main contents include:(1)Using the elastic-plastic mechanics and finite element method to analyze the force form of the wing rod-plate thin-walled structures,and compare with the results obtained by using ANSYS finite element analysis software.(2)Seeking the medium plate tension field angle and critical shear stress of the plate to choose the corresponding safety margin equation of the plate after analyzing the force form of the rod-plate thin-walled structures and considering the post buckling characteristics of the structure.(3)Solving the reliability index of each component unit of the rod-plate structure according to the safety margin equation of the rod-plate thin-walled structures and the reliability index theory for solving structural element,(4)Searching and identifying each failure mode of rod-plate thin-walled structures,determining the main failure mode and solving the failure probability based on the branch and bound method of the structural reliability,(5)Analyzing the reliability for the whole rod-plate thin-walled structures comprehensively and coming to the final conclusion with The PNET method.This thesis takes the post buckling characteristics of the rod-plate thin-walled structure into consideration and provides effective evaluation for the reliability of the whole structure.It plays a crucial role to enhance the loading capacity,reduce the overall weight as well asimproving the design of rod-plate thin-walled structures.
