Research Of Railway Projects Bidding And Integrated Management Based On The New Normal

According to the organizational reforms and functional transformation policy of China's State Council,Chinese Ministry of Railways was separated into two parts:one for government and one for business.After the separation,China's railway construction is still mainly focused on the high-speed railway and passenger line.Moreover,China's macroeconomic growth slowed in recent years,new regulations promulgated to implement successively,the railway project management has entered a new normal.Under the new normal,this thesis elaborates the main parts of railway construction project management,including bidding,evaluation,integration project management,related polices,and laws,especially the analysis of the reform of infrastructure construction project management.This thesis uses Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)research method,the quantitative methods and qualitative methods,and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,as well.By using these methods,we can sort the unquantifiable risk factors,forming a hierarchical structure,building a risk evaluation model of railway construction.By using the model to evaluate a real railway construction project process,a comprehenvis rish evaluation conclusion was drawn.This thesis provides an optimization of railway construction bidding and integration project management.It can be a guide for the companies which want to win the bid of railway construction bidding and make profit.Also,it can improve the project management level and competitiveness of companies.
