With the continuous development of modern industry,hydraulic technology has been widely used in the field of ships.Statistics show that 75%of system failures are caused by hydraulic oil contamination.Therefore,the detection of hydraulic oil contaminants put forward higher requirements.Accurately distinguishing and detecting the pollutants in the hydraulic system not only maintains the stable operation of the ship's machinery,but also has important significance for the prevention and diagnosis of faults in the hydraulic system.In this paper,the multi-parameter impedance detection sensor of the opposite micro-plane coil is studied,and the principle of the detection,the parameters of the detection system and the parameters of the detection chip are studied.The research contents are as follows:The multi-parameter impedance sensor is designed to detect the micro-plane coil.The detection principle of the sensor is introduced.The COMSOL software is used to simulate the test chip to determine the micro-channel location of the test chip.The detection system based on the multi-parameter sensor with opposite micro-plane coils is set up.The experiment is designed to detect the multi-parameter impedance sensor chip.The detection and extraction of the inductance and capacitance parameters of the test substances with different properties are carried out.The experimental results were analyzed.The influence of the excitation voltage of the detection system on the detection results was studied.The influence of detecting the coil diameter and the number of turns on the detection performance was studied.Experimental study of the relationship between the particle size of pollutants and the magnitude of the measured parameters.The detection sensor in this article enables the integrated discrimination of ferromagnetic metal particles,non-ferromagnetic metal particles,water and air in hydraulic fluids.Experimental results show that the detection system excitation voltage has little effect on the test results.The smaller the diameter of the detection chip micro-plane coil,the more turns,the better the detection performance of the sensor.The amplitude of the inductance parameter or the capacitance parameter amplitude caused by the pollutant particles passing through the detection area of the impedance sensor increases with the increase of the particle size of the pollutant particles.This is of great significance for the integrated detection of hydraulic oil contaminants.
