Currently,the domestic rolling elements of automobile hub bearing are generally assembled manually which has a low efficiency and high labor intensity and cannot satisfy the demand of flow production lines.Based on traditional manual assembly methods,we develop an assembly device of rolling element of automobile hub bearing by combining the empirical and modern design which effectively solves problems of the manual assembly.The main work of the article are as follows:(1)Through the analysis and study of material and structure of the cage,swivel rotary extrusion assembly design was proposed,assembly technologies of automobile hub bearing was analyzed and the technical requirements,functional requirements,and issues for design of the assembly device were given.It analyzed working processes of devices one by one,the feasible solutions and hidden problems of each device were formulated,and the operation principle diagram of the organization was designed.And on the basis of the comprehensive analysis,it selected the optimal scheme to complete the overall scheme design finally.(2)On the basis of determining the overall scheme of the equipment,the article carried out concrete designs of main devices including feeding device,dosing device and fixed rotating device as well as of auxiliary devices and draw detailed assembly and parts diagrams.Air cylinders drive each part to complete relevant operations.The article defined the position of each device,and used the software of ANSYS Workbench to optimize the design of the entering angle of rolling element and determine the feasibility of the design of the mechanism.(3)Based on the designed mechanical structures,the article carried out the functional analysis on the electronic control system,selected the proper type of air cylinder for each device,determined the pneumatic drive system of the equipment,used PLC to automatically control the equipment and made the flow diagram of the equipment operation.(4)Purchase materials and parts needed for assembling devices according to the list,pilot the first sample machine,after its assembly and adjustment put it into the assembly test and make further modification and improvement.The equipment has been used in actual production,actual operation shows that the success rate 98%.
