Research On The Relationship Between Work Stress And Safety Performance Of Airport Security Inspectors

The civil aviation industry is the basic industry and public enterprise of the country,and security work is the focus of civil aviation work.Security inspection is the last line of defense to ensure the safety of flight,and the work quality of airport security inspectors is directly related to the operational safety of aviation.Although the aviation accident rate and the number of casualties in China have gradually decreased in recent years,the overall number of accidents and the number of casualties are still large.The survey found that the majority of aviation accidents were caused by human unsafe behaviors.Airport security inspectors as a stress-intensive job,long-term high-stress work environment can cause their work mistakes which affect the safety of aviation operations.This paper takes airport security inspectors as the research object,and carries on the empirical study on the situation of work stress and safety performance and the relationship between the two.This paper aims to reduce the safety accidents caused by stress by starting from the pressure source,thus improving the safety of aviation operation.This paper establishes the work stress and safety performance survey based on the mature questionnaire of predecessors and combining with the working characteristics of the airport security inspectors.This paper studies the current situation of work stress and safety performance and the relationship between the two based on 257 airport security inspectors.This paper applies the SPSS software to analyze the date,such as factor analysis,difference analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis.The results are as follows:In general,the stress of airport security inspectors is moderate,and the organizational management stress,the workload stress and the career development stress have higher scores.The safety performance of the airport security inspectors is in the middle level,and the safety participation score is lower.The workload stress,work-family conflict stress,interpersonal stress,career development stress and safety performance have significant negative correlation.The predictive effect of organizational management stress on safety performance is not significant.At the end of this paper,the paper puts forward measures to improve the safety performance of airport security inspectors from the aspects of relieving work stressors.
