It is difficult to design a small size piezoelectric underwater acoustic transducer which work in lower frequency than 1kHz,and using traditional extended structure to make it has been impractical.However,a bending vibration structure with a lower resonant frequency becomes a better choice for the design of ultralow frequency transmitting transducers.Slotted cylinder transducer can realize the ultralow frequency in small size due to its slotted structure which greatly reduce the equivalent stiffness.This paper focus on the theoretical analysis of double-loop slotted cylinder transducers,Main content:Firstly,this paper analyzes the structural vibration of vertical slotted cylinder transducers,got its vibration displacement curves in the first-order vibration mode,and.Determined the neutral surface of the double-ring slotted cylinder;Secondly,based on the energy relationship of the transducer,the equivalent circuit parameters of the transducer in the air are deduced,including equivalent stiffness,equivalent mass,electromechanical conversion coefficient,etc.Then,the radiation impedance of the transducer is deduced by the equivalent spherical model and the rigid extension model.Thus,the equivalent circuit is obtained,then,analyzed the transmission characteristics of the transducer based on the equivalent circuit.What's more,Using ANSYS finite element analysis software for modeling and simulation,establish the finite element simulation model of the transducer in air and water.And the modal analysis and the harmonic response analysis were carried out.Meanwhile,change the structural parameters,and study the influence of the structural parameters of the transducer on the frequency characteristics,impedance characteristics and radiation characteristics of the transducer.Then compare the simulation results with the theoretical solutions,and got the conclusion that the theoretical analysis is correct.Finally,based on the theory of the vertical slotted cylinder transducer,a new type of double-shell longitudinal slotted tube transducer is proposed.And its characteristics are analyzed by ANSYS finite element method.
