With the continuous development of lubrication technology in recent years,oil-gas lubrication technology emerge as the times require.Now oil-gas lubrication technology has became one of the world's most advanced lubrication systems,but in the past few decades scholars at home and abroad exerted much energy in the rolling bearing lubricated with oil-gas,rarely in the research and application of oil-gas lubricated sliding bearing.In recent years,due to the application of oil-gas lubrication technology in sliding bearing has became mature,and it has good lubricating and cooling effect,the researches about the oil-gas lubrication sliding bearing gradually increase and achieve certain technological progress.The existing researches on oil-gas lubrication sliding bearing are mostly about changing bearing channel structure and injection parameters which influnce the lubrication properties and heat transfering effect,rarely about injector number which influnces the mechanism of oil-gas lubricated sliding bearing heat transfering.So,this airticle takes the oil-gas lubricated sliding bearing as the research object,numerical simulation results with Fluent software show oil-gas lubrication process,based on the influence of single injection parameters on the heat transfering,analyzes systematically the influence of different injection number on the heat transfering.(1)This airticle summarizes the research status and development trend at home and abroad,and makes a detailed analysis of the oil and gas lubrication jet cooling technology.In this paper,the heat transfer theory of oil-gas lubrication on sliding bearings is expounded.(2)The heat transfer process of a single nozzle jet journal bearing is simulated by numerical simulation,and the influence of the jet distance,Reynolds number of two-phase flow and spindle speed on the heat transfer of the journal bearing is studied.It is concluded that there is an optimum jet spacing,and the heat transfer intensity increases with the increase of Reynolds number;high speed is beneficial to the wall heat dissipation and so on.(3)Based on single jet parameters,this airticle studys systematically the effects of different nozzles number on the sliding bearing heat transfering,reveals the heat transfering characteristics in different nozzles number,provide reliable data for the multi-nozzle oil-gas lubrication design and optimization of convective heat transfer enhancement mechanism.(4)The oil-gas lubrication system was built,and the temperature rise experiments in jet of different number nozzles were carried out on the sliding bearing test bench,verified the rationality of the theoretical analysis.
