| Our country is vigorously promoting prefabricated building.There are several problems affecting the efficiency of construction during the construction of prefabricated buildings.These problems can affect the efficiency of construction of a prefabricated building.Thus it affects the total period of construction.This paper found out the designing and construction problems affecting the efficiency of the construction through actual prefabricated shear wall residential research,and researched and analyzed the question through theoretical analysis,experimental analysis and simulation study,and eventually obtained the optimized scheme for designing and construction to meet the requirements of efficient construction.The research content of this paper includes four aspects:(1)This paper summarizes the requirements of the relevant specification of the design of assembled shear wall structure,and introduces the construction technology of the prefabricated building in China and Singapore,which in the domestic prefabricated construction in construction organization arrangement,standard level period,labor,and large equipment arrangement plan.Through the investigation of domestic assembly type shear wall housing,the paper puts forward the design and construction of the impact construction efficiency during the construction.(2)A new type of vertical connection between walls is proposed.And through Abaqus for the finite element simulation analysis,the behavior of the shear wall under the new connection mode and the normal cast-in-place shear wall under low cyclic loading is simulated,and the behavior research,the bearing capacity,ductility and energy dissipation capacity are compared.And the feasibility of new connection mode is proved.(3)The principle of separation and optimization of prefabricated components is put forward,and the standardized design scheme of the node is given.In view of the connection of the precast wall vertical node,the feasibility of replacing the grouting sleeve is verified by theoretical analysis and experimental research.At the same time,a new type of toilet is put forward,which is also preprefabricated in the frame factory,which can be saved in the following process,without the need for secondary pouring.(4)The principle of separation and optimization of prefabricated components is put forward,and the standardized design scheme of the node is given.In view of the connection of the precast wall vertical node,the feasibility of replacing the grouting sleeve is verified by theoretical analysis and experimental research.At the same time,a new type of toilet is put forward,which is also preprefabricated in the frame factory,which can be saved in the following process,without the need for secondary pouring. |
