Military power is the foundation of a country.Only when a country is strong in the military field can it have the right to speak in the international community and ensure national security.In order to deal with the power supply problem of some enclosed metal outer wall equipment in the military field,when the more mature inductive coupling or electromagnetic wireless energy transmission at the current stage is used,due to the skin effect,electromagnetic waves will appear when they penetrate the metal For severe energy attenuation,Ultrasound Coupled Radio Energy Transmission(UCWPT)technology is used to solve the problem of energy supply through metal.Considering that the current research direction is not limited to ultrasound energization or ultrasound communication,this paper mainly draws on the idea of time division multiplexing to integrate energy energization and communication,which not only ensures wireless energy transmission,but also performs communication verification to ensure Reliability and safety of the entire energy supply system.The opening chapter introduces the development history of electromagnetic wave wireless energy transmission.At the same time,it analyzes the research background of ultrasonic coupled wireless energy transmission and the current situation at home and abroad,and expounds the basic theory of ultrasonic transducers.,The piezoelectric effect and the piezoelectric equation are analyzed one by one,and the resonance characteristics of the piezoelectric material are summarized through the electromechanical analogy.Design a resonance frequency point measurement system to measure the resonance frequency point of the piezoelectric transducer,and design an impedance matching network at this resonance frequency point to improve the transmission efficiency.In order to realize the high-power energy transmission system of ultrasonic transducers,a power supply circuit,a rectifying filter circuit,a voltage stabilizing circuit,a charging circuit and a lithium battery power monitoring circuit are designed,and are aimed at different loads and different metal penetration thicknesses.The efficiency of energy-carrying transmission was tested and analyzed.In order to realize metal-to-metal communication,under experimental comparison,a set of communication system was constructed using FSK modulation and non-coherent demodulation,involving FSK modulation circuit,detection circuit,low-pass filter,comparison circuit and humancomputer interaction interface.Designed and tested the accuracy of short character and long character transmission in different scenarios.Using the time division multiplexing idea to integrate the two systems of energy-carrying and communication.Considering the leakage current of the solid-state relay,a physical switch designed by the steering gear is used to connect the energy-carrying and communication functions to the ultrasonic transducer according to the communication rules.After experimental testing,the system can realize one-way energy carrying and half-duplex communication functions.
