With the rapid development of the national economy,the demand for electricity by social production is increasing.The traditional transmission systems are all erected in the air,and the current transmission system chooses power cable as a new transmission mode.In the near future,the cable with larger transmission capacity and higher voltage will appear in the construction of urban power system.The 500 kV EHV power cable line will be one of them.In this paper,combined with the actual research,the history and development of domestic and foreign 500 kV cable in detail,at the same time,the problems exposed in the development process of domestic 500 kV cable is reviewed,and then puts forward some suggestions to solve these problems,mainly involves the selection of cable type,cable tunnel design,construction and other issues.This paper discusses the 500 kV ultra high voltage cable selection,have three points,namely the cross-sectional area of conductor,conductor,insulation material;in the cable design problems,mainly discusses the cable plate length,arrangement,installation,and the large amount of calculation and demonstration.On the basis of this design scheme is put forward after the improvement;on the problem of cable tunnel construction,this paper analyzed the thermal field model,and put forward the design scheme and improved construction scheme;some of the problems encountered in the construction process by improving the process,cable laying way to get a better solution.For the construction of urban power cable system,the research work of this paper has a certain practical value. |
