This development V casting technology is a kind of green and clean advanced casting process;V casting process has casting size and shape precision,small machining allowance,no flash burr,no draft and so on.V mould is an important equipment for the research and application of V casting Process,using V mould to make qualified casting mould cavity is the base of ensuring V casting process that can produce high quality product.According to the characteristics of V casting process and structure characteristics of pump products,expounds the design idea and experience of V casting mould pump products,and in the V casting mold design process of several typical castings as a case,the application of technology,design a comprehensive design analysis and optimization of products application etc..According to the structural characteristics of the V casting mould pump products,parts,and gradually find out V casting mould processing equipment,including tool design,tool selection,processing parameter calculation,verification of NC machining process,NC programming and mold assembly process,experience.Application of processing technology,solves the conventional processing irregular model,improve the model precision and the mold processing several times faster,and ensure product quality,reduce manufacturing cost.Meanwhile,In the pump products,such as volute,liner plate and other typical castings,V casting process production test and research,Through the production practice in many times to optimize and perfect,All kinds of casting defects can be effectively solved and controlled,ensure product quality stably,The process of mass production of castings for pumps is realized by V casting process.
