With the rapid development of electrical energy meter technology,the traditional mechanical and inductive electrical energy meters have gradually been replaced by smart meters.Meanwhile,the traditional manual metercalibrationis influencedby many factors,such as personnel job quality.And the production efficiency is low;furthermorethe transportation and calibration of the meters requiredmanually operations.Moreover,as the development of automation technology,power meter calibration for automatic test have also been explored gradually,and the automatic transfer,crawling,wiring,calibration,return and other aspects have been achieved,which has become the main direction of domestic energy meter calibration.In order to improve test and resource utilization efficiency,promotethree-phase smart metering device and the corresponding methods and theory,this thesis is based on the principals and strategies of three-phase smart energy meter information acquisition terminal system,and aimed at classification and selection of methods,equipment and details;design and archive the structure,functions and communication ways.For specific,see the following three sections:(1).Three-phase smart energy meter information acquisition terminal system acts as the research object,and propose the solution of the key points in the design and develop process.And thenvia Automatic calibration technology,itcan be more effective and high-accurate.Currently,it has been achievedthatthe three phase smart meter automatic calibration,including three phase smart meters,concentrator,GPRS acquisition terminal,etc.(2).For the traditional storage ways,smart three-phase meter is not easy to find,and damageable,etc.By adopting three-dimensional repository storage method and the automatic up-down material technology,automated docking of the test line and scientific storage have been realizedsimultaneously,and furthermore,implement automatic up-down material and interact with the process of test line.(3).And finally,transformation them into unmanned operation,and realize the effective correlation between SG186 marketing system,MDS productive platform and other software.In view of the automatic calibration process monitoring,the use of the design of the system software,communication software,achieve the whole process transmission and monitor and the calibration of the smart three-phase meter test.
