As the main transportation equipment in high-rise buildings,the amount of elevator is increased rapidly.Although the corresponding protection device has been installed to prevent various accidents,the accidents still happen especially elevator stall fall,which will results in large area of dead and injured,also draw public attention.Elevator buffer is one of the important protection device of the elevator,installed at the bottom of the shaftway.In the situation of the platform or counterpoise stall falling,the buffer will be crashed that cause the compressive deformation to slow down the impact force,which is the fatal protection of the last step.Hydraumatic buffer belongs to Energy dissipation type,its reset time and reset location can directly influence the buffer capacity.Therefore,the detection of the hydraumatic buffer is RII-Required Inspection Item in inspection rule,as well as the standard norm of elevator fabrication and Installation.Nowadays the detection of buffer is relatively backward at home and board,most of the popular detection manner is hand operation.In security detection,inspector can not stay at the bottom of the shaftway to operate the system,merely use the instument such as second chronograph to inspect visually at machine room.Though this method meet requirements,there is still large error.The use of second chronograph is dependent on the inspection personnel's reaction,which resulted in the large results deviation,in the other way,the large amount of work make the testing personnel to be low efficiency,therefore,traditional detection of buffer can not meet the development needs for the elevator inspection work.For the above situation,This paper described in base on the test requirements of laws and regulations,in combination with the practical situation of inspection work,so the appropriate test methods is created by numerous research.Accorfing to this method,corresponding algorithm is designed,in which the embedded S3C6410 processing chip is the core of the hardware platform,anothor the high precision laser ranging module is the nuclear data collection,the elevator hydraulic buffer dynamic tester is successfully produced.The system rely on the wireless data transmission,through the APP data acquisition and processing in the Linux embedded system,combined with the establishment of the mobile database and convenient machine operation,the whole process of dynamic detection of the hydraulic buffer compression and reset is achieved expediently;moreover,the system provides real-time output hydraulic buffer picture,to help maintenance personnel comparison analysis,and determine the location of the fault and the reason quickly and accurately.
