Product configuration and design technology is the key theoretical method of modular technology,which can meet diversified and individualized needs of customers with high efficiency and low cost of service and it can improve the competitiveness of enterprises in the market.However,as the stable market changes gradually and dynamically,the customer demand tends to be more and more personalized and diversified,while schedule of resources based on product configuration and design technology are still in the internal enterprise,and it hasn’t been meeting the current requirements demand.It is an urgent trend to construct a platform with transparent resources and data circulation to break the information isolation between enterprises,and achieve the sharing of resources among enterprises,so that can support the collaborative development and design among several enterprises.This paper takes the cloud platform as a carrier to propose the service technology,retrieval and recommendation technology,which focus on Product configuration design transferred to cloud platform,and take the industrial steam turbine as a case study,to test and verify the product configuration design system based on the cloud platform.The first chapter analyzes the research background and significance of the dissertation,combines with the topic of the paper,introduces the research status quo from two aspects-the modular product configuration design and the cloud platform,and then puts forward the research content and overall structure of the dissertation.In chapter 2,this chapter configuration architecture based on the cloud platform is presented.First,this part analyzes the product design process in the traditional mode,and sums up the problems such as difficulties about resource sharing.On this basis,this part presents the design principle of product configuration based on cloud platform,then discusses the necessity and feasibility of product configuration design migrated to cloud platform,and the product configuration design circuit based on cloud platform.Next,the conceptual model and a physical model of the product configuration design based on the cloud platform is constructed.Finally,the technical implementation details of cloud-based product configuration design are analyzed respectively from service technology,virtualization technology and retrieval and recommendation technology.Serve is the key technology and an important form of presentation to cloud platform.In the third chapter,the service technology of product configuration design based on cloud platform is proposed.First of all,the process model and business model of product configuration design service based on cloud platform are put forward.Second,four key sub-services provided by cloud platform are selected and described,including service of cloud-based collaborative establishment of component library,module collaborative definition,collaborative design to both order and product structure and supply chain collaborative.Finally,the process of sub-service combination to service which in order to provides complex functions is analyzed in this part.In the fourth chapter,a search and recommendation technology related to cloud platform-based product configuration design is proposed.Firstly,it explores the requirements,modeling and implementation technologies of data dynamic integration.Based on the virtual encapsulation of physical resources such as computing resources,storage resources and network resources,the concept of cloud data center is proposed.In view of the cloud data center,this chapter summarized the two modes of data acquisition which called push and pull.Data pulling means that the user obtains the retrieval structure through the cloud data center according to the retrieval conditions,in this part,we focus on the retrieval process of resources and the resource retrieval strategy.Data push refers to the content that the cloud data center proactively recommends to users according to the user model.This part discusses on two essential point,the resource push model and the collaborative filtering recommendation algorithm.In the fifth chapter,industrial turbines are taken as the application case to verificate the product configuration design system based on cloud platform.First of all,this chapter introduces the concept,working principle and main structure of industrial steam turbines briefly.Then describes the technical architecture and functional architecture of the system of the application object.Finally,several key functions of the system are introduced by means of case studies.In the final chapter,the research progress of this thesis is summarized,the research achievements are recapitulated,and the future work of the dissertation is prospected.
