The hydraulic test platform has various types,different hydraulic system hardware components and functional requirements result in low universality,poor expansibility and low development efficiency of the hydraulic measurement and control platform.With the development of the hydraulic CAT technology,industrial configuration software and virtual instrument technology have become an important tool for improving the development efficiency of the hydraulic measurement and control platform.But the application domain of the existing configuration software is mainly for industrial systems such as chemical industry and electric power,it does not have specific aim in the field of hydraulic.Meanwhile,its functions and secondary development abilities are limited,which result in poor scalability.Therefore,the research on a generalized hydraulic measurement and control design platform with high configuration efficiency can better compensate for the deficiency of configuration software in the hydraulic field,which has practical application value.In this dissertation,hydraulic measurement and control system is taken as the research object and the software and hardware architecture of a universal hydraulic measurement and control design platform and a client program configuration method have been proposed for the hydraulic system.The user communication interface is designed based on the communication structure,common protocol and standard;The combination of hydraulic element classification and entity frame technology have simplified database information interaction,the application of the workflow concept of OA system and WF4.5 workflow engine have simplified the procedure design of hydraulic test;With object-oriented component development,observer design pattern,multithreading,etc.as the design philosophy,the communication,data display and alarm components ofhuman-machine interface have been designed by using C#programming language,to respectively improve the development efficiency of the design platform in the data processing and of interaction and human computer interface.Finally,the hydraulic valve test platform is used to test the hydraulic measurement and control design platform,and the high configuration efficiency and universality of the hydraulic measurement and control design platform are verified through this test.
