With the development of the social economy and the requirement of the rapidly city construction,the demand of the concrete intensity is much higher than before.Besides the label of cement,aggregate,admixtures,ages and other factors,the water cement ratio is also one of the main factors influencing the intensity of concrete.The way to measure the quality of the traditional concrete now is lagged behind;it cannot reflect the quality of the concrete in time.Hence how to test the water cement ratio of the new mixed concrete and invent the tester for water cement ratio is the burning problem to be solved.Through the study of the imported tester for water cement ratio,this paper has digested the theory of the data model and the measurement principle of the tester.After the making a comparison between the water cement ratio and other ingredients and a research on the methods to measure the water cement ratio,this paper describes the development of the localization water cement ratio tester and establishes a measure standard and presumption of index formula.At the same time,this paper makes a comparison between the local water cement ratio tester with the imported one and finds that the local tester can predict the intensity of concrete under 28 d compressive.This paper finds an important conclusion that the intensity of concrete under 28 d compressive increases when the water cement ratio decrease after taking advantage of the math formula used in the new water cement ratio tester.Finally,applying the new water cement ratio tester to the South Water to North concrete project in Tianjin has effectively solved the hysteretic problem in concrete quality measurement.It provides both technical support to the succeeding application and generalization and a guarantee to the quality of the concrete construction.
