The Research Of Active House Suitability

In recent years,with the continuous development of science and technology,people are paying more attention to health,the pursuit of a comfortable life.Because of all kinds of pollution such as the atmosphere,soil,water and so on are growing,constantly prominent problems such as energy shortage,maintaining good indoor living environment becomes more and more difficult.More than 90% of the time of people is spent in indoor,building quality is closely connected with people's health.To promote the healthy,comfortable,energy-saving,environmental protection of the development of the building,countries have formulated the standards and regulations.China has formulated the "green building evaluation standard","guidelines for the passive ultra-low power green building technology standard to promote green,low energy consumption building development.The internationally accepted level are passive and active architectural standards.Active buildings is a kind of standard system,advocating comfortable,energy and environment all aspects of development in order to realize man's good life(well-being)as the target of a building type.This paper expounds the concept and the global development trend,active construction of design connotation and summarizes design key points,evaluation standard and methods of evaluation in summarized and introduced,building the qualitative evaluation form and the quantitative evaluation table,using radar figure expression to evaluate the results.Taking velux office building as the research example,the use of technology in architectural design and the design method was introduced in detail,and the active technology conditions on construction design phase comfort,energy and environment from three aspects of nine indicators to analyze the evaluation results,the energy consumption monitoring and provide data for building operation phase.Final evaluation according to the demand,carries on the active design strategy and evaluation results of active research.Other three active cases for active architectural provides practical design and technology.Through active evaluation content compared with domestic related provisions in the specification,selection of nine of the principle of quantitative parameters and related parameters,pointing out the similarities and differences in the specification analyzing the reasons.In combination with China's national conditions,the suitability of China development of active construction were discussed,combined with the basic framework and contents of the evaluation,forming a system,the improvement of practical evaluation and suggestion.
