In order to meet the demand of increasingly complex traffic in the city,and based on the requirement of intelligent traffic management of city,with help of advanced internet of things technology and computer technology,this paper developed the urban intelligent traffic information management system,aiming to promote the research on intelligent transportation to improve the management level of transportation.On basis of B/S structure mode,through J2 EE technology,internet of things technology and object-oriented technology intelligent traffic management system can be realized.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)By using the idea of software engineering and the technology of unified modeling language to analyze the requirements of specific intelligent transportation service and establish concrete use case model to analyze roles and content of activities;(3)Combining with requirement analysis of intelligent transportation service to design the service function of intelligent traffic management system,which is mainly divided into modules such as data collection management,traffic guidance screen management,command and control management,early warning disposal management and system management.With the help of J2 EE and internet of things technology to realize the core function module of intelligent traffic management system and build different modules’ test cases to analyze test results.With the help of intelligent traffic management system,it can not only meet the requirements of business management,at the same time it can also help decision-making of management of traffic department,so that the traffic management work can be conducted under an effective,fast and intelligent way.
